Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL) is seeking an outstanding secondary Principal for Notre Dame College situated on Yorta Yorta Country in the heart of Shepparton. We’re searching for a highly experienced leader who has guided large schools through change, built high-functioning teams, and delivered strong outcomes. An authentic faith leader able to cultivate Catholic identity in a contemporary context, in the spirit of the College’s Marist and Mercy traditions.

Notre Dame College has served the Greater Shepparton community for more than 120 years. Formed in 1984 from the Marist St Colman’s College, and the Mercy Sacred Heart College, Notre Dame College carries both charisms forward as one, within the Catholic Education Sandhurst system.

An experienced secondary leader who can build a high-functioning team, lift outcomes for every student through the CESL Magnify program, and lead improvement and change with clarity in a complex environment. An authentic Catholic faith leader who will nurture the College’s identity, connectedness, and strong culture of learning and wellbeing, partnering well with staff, families and the wider community. We’re seeking a strong operational leader across governance and compliance including Child Safe Standards, finance and risk, aligned with CESL’s direction.
