- Reference and background details (e.g., referee contact details, psychometric assessments, right-to-work documents)
- Other supporting documentation as required
Information is collected directly from you and, in some cases, from referees or assessment providers.
- Purpose of Collection and Referral Consent
Your personal information is collected to:
- Support the executive search and selection process
- Conduct leadership and capability assessments
- Facilitate introductions to prospective employers or organisations
- Ensure compliance with recruitment and professional standards
- Refer you to third-party service providers for services such as career advisory, professional development, leadership coaching, mentoring, and psychometric assessments.
By ticking the consent box, you agree to Aspire2 referring you to a third-party service provider for these purposes. The nature of the services provided by the third-party will be communicated to you prior to the referral.
- Scope of Information Shared
Aspire2 will primarily share your contact details and relevant professional experience with the third-party service provider. This information is necessary to facilitate further contact and tailor services to your specific needs. You will be informed of the details shared before the referral is made.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection
Aspire2 is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). By providing consent, you agree that Aspire2 may share your personal and professional information as necessary to facilitate the referral and service provision.
- Third-Party Responsibilities
The third-party service provider is an independent entity. Aspire2 does not control their operations, practices, or policies. Any contractual relationship you enter into with the third-party is separate from your relationship with Aspire2. You are encouraged to review the third-party’s terms and conditions before agreeing to their services.
- Disclosure of Information
Aspire2 may share your personal information with:
- Organisations seeking executive candidates
- Referees or assessment service providers
- Regulatory or professional bodies if required
Your information will not be disclosed internationally without your explicit consent.
- Security and Retention of Information
Your personal information is securely stored and retained only as long as necessary for recruitment or legal obligations.
- Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by providing written notice to Aspire2. Upon receiving such notice, Aspire2 will cease sharing your information with the third-party and notify them of your withdrawal. However, information already shared before withdrawal cannot be retracted.
