Introducing Kath McGuigan, one of our Education Expert Advisors
With an impressive 40-year career in education, Kath’s journey began in Glasgow before she moved to Australia in 1985. Her academic achievements include a Science degree from the University of Glasgow, a teaching Diploma from Notre Dame College of Education, and a Master of Education from Flinders University.
In Adelaide, Kath’s contributions to education are profound. She served as a Senior Education Adviser, played a vital role in the SACE Board’s Accreditation Committee, and chaired the Association of Heads of Association of Independent Schools of South Australia (SA and NT). Kath remains an Honorary member of AHISA.
Recently concluding her principalship at Mary MacKillop College Kensington, Kath firmly believes in education’s transformative power. As a certified organisational coach, she is eager to share her leadership experience, mentoring the next generation of educational leaders and continuing her executive coaching for senior professionals.
